Training

The New Jersey Panthers offer comprehensive skills training for both Panther players and players not associated with a Panther team. We teach tailored skills for dribble penetrators, slashers, and post players.

Our curriculum includes:

• Personalized Learning: Customized application of fundamentals to fit each individual.
• Ball-in-Hand Skills: Perimeter shooting tailored to unique physical mechanics, passing drills, foundational dribbling, advanced dribbling, and finishing moves.
• Game IQ: Enhancing court vision, moving without the ball, and making reads.
• Progressive Drills: Structured progressions from 1-on-0 up to multiplayer scenarios to emphasize reading defenses in game context.
• Comprehensive Instruction: A combination of on-court teaching and video review.

All training takes place in a competitive environment that demands your best effort.

Below are the details for the upcoming NJ Panthers Fall Weekly Training Program.

This program is for current rising 9th-12th grade players. It is highly recommended for anyone looking to continue with or join the NJ Panthers 2027 New Balance Lady P32 AAU Circuit.
